Is participant data used to train AI models?
No. We only work with AI providers that have zero data retention, and participant data is never used to train their models.
Where exactly is our data stored?
In your region: Canada for Canadian clients, the U.S. for U.S. clients and the EU for EU clients. We can share our list of service providers as part of a security review.
Can people get their data back, or have it deleted?
Yes. People can ask to access, correct, export or delete their information by emailing privacy@pathpilot.ai.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
Not yet. Both are in progress, and we will not claim either until the audits are complete. We are certified to ISO/IEC 42001 today.
